	Design Studies site planning and schematic design studies for 160 unit senior living complex developed sketches for options to convert an out-of-date 60–bed nursing home to Assisted Living studied potential occupancy options for conversion of an existing shell office building to a nursing home sketch layouts to show conversion of an Independent Living floor to a secure memory care unit. prepared study documents to assist Owner with sale of single family home.
	Project Cost Analysis independent evaluation for Owner to identify causes and responsibility for significant cost overruns on a major nursing home renovation and addition project.
	Peer Review reviewed drawings for proposed nursing home changes required for Owner to achieve compliance with Life Safety Code requirements; prepared suggestions for revisions to correct deficiencies in drawings. reviewed plans and specifications for Owner’s agent to determine adequacy and clarity of documents for both construction and operation upon completion
	Owner’s representative assisted Owner with closeout of an independent living project, oversaw commissioning to address numerous start-up deficiencies; worked with Owner and contractor to resolve cost issues upon completion.
